Man-cave TV Room

Mandate

The retired couple downsized from their house into a condo, and had an affinity for horses and horse racing. This room was converted into a secondary TV room for the husband, and aside from this room being the man-cave, they needed a place to display some of their memorabilia. Being a smaller room, we didn’t want to go too dark, so we chose a light blue/green for the walls. We chose accents and furniture

with black metals and walnut wood to incorporate some industrial elements, as there is throughout the rest of the condo. We re-framed their black and white horse sketch in black frames with a gold insert, to pair with the black and gold floor lamp and table legs. A ceiling fan above also had small gold accents, while horse shoes hung on the bulkhead above the TV were in the same colors; brass, wood plaques and black iron.
