Industrial Dining Room
The couple wanted a table for six, and comfortable seating. Our inspiration was from the urban view of the industrial part of downtown Montreal from the balcony windows. We selected a table with a white frosted glass top and a unique geometric base in matte grey metal. The light fixture above complemented the table and leather padded chairs with a metallic pewter finish. The ceiling light felt airy with the glass
globes and had dimmable ambient lighting so as to not obstruct the view outside. We hung a black geometric mirror to echo the table’s geometric base and the black window frame., The shape of the glass globes also added a softness to the otherwise geometric angles in the room. We used a gold mesh buffet cabinet to break the grey and black, and the mesh also added to the airy feel we were going for.
